Hi Filip,
There probably aren't any applications of this. Note that it's not
really so much a 'number' as a list that has been coded into a form
that looks like a number - the digits are more or less independent of
each other.
It's unfortunate that it was given the name 'The Prime Constant',
since that actually sounds like something that should be important,
when in fact it's really not.
